Shipping Policy

The COVID-19 pandemic is currently spreading around the world and has had the following impacts on our business:
Domestic Shipping:
We are still working hard to process your orders and ship them in a timely manner. Please note that your package may be delayed depending on the destination you are shipping to. FedEx, UPS, and USPS are all affected by the pandemic and are taking longer than usual to ship.
General Information
If you place your order before 2:30 PM CST, we will ship it the same business day or the next business day after the order is placed. During holidays and inventory review periods, it may take up to 2 business days for us to ship from our warehouse.
Expedited Shipping: For expedited shipping, orders must be received by 12:00 PM CST in order to be shipped the same day.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you order tracking information via email. You can expect tracking updates within 1 day of shipping.
If you wish to resend an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges. Packages returned to us that are unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable will be considered returns and we will refund the original form of payment, minus any additional shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, stolen packages, or packages shipped to the address that the customer entered at checkout and the customer did not change the address. If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to ensure that they did not receive it by mistake. You can then file a claim with the appropriate shipping service.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs if you return an item for a refund or it is lost. If you return an item without a label from us, we recommend that you purchase tracking service and keep the shipping receipt for your records.
Domestic Shipping Information
We offer the following shipping options within the United States. Business days are Monday through Friday only, excluding national holidays.
Free standard shipping, estimated delivery time 7-10 business days.
Free shipping orders under $75 will be shipped using the most economical shipping method, including but not limited to services provided by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Paid shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package.
Delivery dates for "Free" and "Ground Shipping" are not guaranteed. We are no longer responsible once tracking information shows the package has left our warehouse.
Express packages are guaranteed to arrive within the specified business day once the package has left our warehouse.
If your expedited order is placed after 2:30 PM CST, we will do our best to ship it that same day, but it cannot be guaranteed. After that, the order will be scheduled to ship the next business day.
International Shipping Information
All international packages are shipped via USPS or DHL, and various options will be displayed at checkout. Costs depend on the destination and package weight.
Shipping times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from shipment to delivery.
Duties/customs fees are charged at checkout for international orders. We collect these fees at checkout and remit them to the appropriate country/government as appropriate.
For orders that are refused upon delivery and returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund once the package is returned to us.
