Return Policy

Need to return an item?
We hope you love everything you buy, but if something doesn't work for you, please select the option that best suits your needs.
Return Eligibility
Almost all items can be returned, please see the exceptions and rules below:
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed and free of smoke marks, pet hair, and damage.
Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.
If you feel the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date.
Final sale items are not returnable. Final sale items include gift cards, custom products, and items clearly marked "Final Sale".
Please note: Items will appear as Final Sale when they are added to your cart and will also appear as Final Sale on the receipt included with your order.
Before ordering, please always measure your dog's size and compare to the size chart. If you have any questions about sizing, please ask us.
How to Return an Item

You believe your return is an error on our part (you received the wrong item or the item is defective, etc.) and we will pay for your return shipping.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to limited inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges or holds. If an exchange is required, we recommend that customers place a new order.
Returns for Refunds:
Must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If you paid part or all of your purchase with a gift card, please note that the refund will first be issued to your gift card.
Returns for Store Credit:
Must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
Shipping is free if using the label provided by our returns portal (US customers only). Otherwise, shipping is at the customer's expense.
To start a return:
Send your return yourself using your preferred shipping method (address below) -OR-
Send an email to Support@LaylaJimenez.shop so we can walk you through the process.
When mailing your return:
Please make sure your item is packaged well! We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return to our warehouse!
Please include your original receipt, packing slip, or a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.

Returns will be processed within 4 weeks of receiving the item, and we will notify you by email when it is processed. In most cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the shipping time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return after we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If returning an ineligible item:
Final sale items/returns, if postmarked more than 30 days after the ship date, will be subject to a restocking fee if the item is still resalable (not worn, damaged, stained, etc.). The restocking fee is 10% of the original purchase price or $3 per item, whichever is greater.
